As a Talent Partner, you will

reputed company end-to-end reputed company efforts, supporting high-volume operations hiring while partnering closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract and reputed company reputed company to reputed company’s business goals. The Role

• Owns full-cycle reputed company for high-volume operations roles, ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience
• Develops and executes scalable sourcing strategies to deliver high-quality candidate slates

You’ll be successful if you have

• More than 7 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter  
• Demonstrated reputed company managing high-volume or cohort hiring, coordinating sourcing, interviews, and offers to support large hiring waves  
• Proven ability to proactively solve reputed company challenges and deliver on hiring goals
• Experience leveraging AI tools in reputed company, with a strong interest in advancing their use to drive efficiency and results
