Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. TRADER is a Canadian leader in digital automotive solutions, and they are seeking an Online reputed company Consultant to join their AutoSync team. This role focuses on the implementation and integrations for new customer reputed company, ensuring timely delivery and configuration of software and marketplace products.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients and Project Managers in the initial setup and installation of the software
• Configure settings that align with product requirements and workflows
• Ensure data migration of inventory and/or customer files is seamless and accurate
• Collaborate with management, development, and project teams to resolve reputed company problems or issues that arise during the reputed company process
• Build and maintain strong relationships internally and with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention

Skills

• Post-Secondary Education
• 1+ years of experience in implementation, reputed company, or integration specialist type rolls
• OR
• 1+ years of experience in a client services/client support roll
• reputed company in handling and troubleshooting data in reputed company (VLOOKUP, index match, reputed company formulas, goal seek, manipulating data, etc.)
• Bilingual (French/English)
• Must be extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast paced, cross functional environment
• Requires strong customer focus, organizational skills, respect for others, and adaptable to change
• Excellent communication skills- comfort level with reputed company reputed company of management and large project teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, managing process and collaboration skills
• Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused
• Experience in automotive-reputed company sales or SaaS is a benefit
• Experience managing web technology, back-end, application, content integration projects as well as experience with projects involving mobile, reputed company, SEO/SEM, CRM, reputed company retailing solutions
