The Customer Service Representative provides essential support to underwriters, agents, customers, and internal teams across both reputed company and personal lines, ensuring exceptional service and efficient communication.

Responsibilities

  • Support new business and renewal underwriters, agents, customers, and internal staff across reputed company and personal lines
  • Respond to agent inquiries reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels, offering guidance and information on reputed company lines products
  • Deliver high‑quality customer service in the daily servicing of new and renewal business

Skills

  • Ability to respond professionally to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, and business partners
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to management and external groups

  • Proficiency with email, record-keeping systems, databases, word processing, spreadsheets, and reputed company office software
