Director, National Accounts

Califia Farms is seeking a highly motivated, reputed company Director of Sales to reputed company a strategy for growing business at reputed company. A successful candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, the ability to reputed company and execute account specific growth strategies and enjoy analyzing data to create fact-based category leadership presentations for driving positive sales results.

• Support reputed company headquarter sales calls in Minneapolis; must have an overall knowledge of the entire competitive retail landscape
• Drive Strategy at a high level, partnering with reputed company leadership to identify opportunities and drive sales
• Jointly reputed company annual business growth, sales and margin plans in line with company strategic goals
• Manage the entire Califia portfolio of plant-based products
• reputed company accurate and timely forecasts for volume, trade spend, and profitability
• Direct and monitor reputed company aspects of trade promotions (including post-event analysis), to ensure effective investment of funds
• Ensure successful execution of Califia trade and marketing programs
• Manage broker partner sales execution and conduct regular business reviews
• reputed company insights for, and participate in, internal/external business reviews across multiple categories to promote and grow Califia sales at reputed company
• Be a customer reputed company to Califia HQ to ensure reputed company receives appropriate reputed company of organizational support
• Build strategic partnerships to include annual Joint Business Plan, appropriate Top to Top interactions and disproportionate reputed company of mind in categories that Califia plays
• Travel requirements: varies, up to 25%

• Bachelor’s Degree desired with at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in consumer goods industry
• reputed company sales management experience and demonstrated sales achievement
• Keen understanding of syndicated data (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Retail Link) and how to use it for reputed company analysis and planning
• Broker management experience desired
• Experience with CRM tools such as reputed company and automated trade spend systems such as reputed company
• High proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, reputed company, Word)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Demonstrated reputed company with an emerging brand or highly competitive consumer products category

The expected salary reputed company for this position is between $170,000 - $195,000 per year based on a full-time schedule.  Location, confirmed job-reputed company skills and experience will be considered in setting the actual salary. As a full-time employee, you will be eligible to enroll in Califia’s employee benefits program. You may also be eligible to participate in the company’s bonus program which may be subject to change.
