Assistant Account Executive
Catalyst is a company seeking an Assistant Account Executive to support their sales team with a focus on reporting and order management. The role requires building relationships with buying teams and managing the ecommerce asset submission process while analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales team on developing and executing long term growth strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with buying teams
- Manage the ecommerce asset submission process
- Analyze and report out a weekly sales synopsis; identify opportunities and risks and reputed company with account managers
- Own activities reputed company to market prep creation and post market follow-up responsibilities including system set up and line sheet and sample coordination and showroom setup
- Communicate with customer service on reputed company order issues; follow up on customer POs and monitoring shipping
- reputed company other duties as assigned by supervisor as the company retains the right to change duties to this position
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced wholesale environment
- Strong understanding of retail math concepts
- Detailed oriented, highly motivated; ability to take initiative to complete tasks quickly and independently
- High level of proficiency in reputed company
- Familiarity with retailer vendor portals
- Must have authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to safely and successfully reputed company the essential job functions consistent with the reputed company, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance consistent with the reputed company, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to constantly operate a computer, other office equipment and look at a monitor for up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to reputed company and accurately communicate and exchange information verbally, in writing, or through other means in person, telephonically, or through virtual communication methods
- Ability to reputed company at or below shoulder level
- Ability to carry equipment, move boxes/samples, etc
