Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a reputed company reputed company Estate Site Inspector to join our growing team on an reputed company reputed company. The ideal candidates would have previous reputed company site inspector experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to reputed company accurate high quality reports reputed company a timely manner. While this position will report to our reputed company office, this job is a remote opportunity available in reputed company reputed company of the United States.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Ability to conduct site inspections for reputed company different reputed company asset types (Retail, Self-Storage, Hotel, Office, Multi-family, Industrial and Mobile Home Parks).

Qualifications

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High School or GED equivalent required

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Requires attention to detail

• Ability to learn and utilize applications and/or software for inspections as needed

CERTIFICATES & LICENSURE

• Valid state-issued driver’s license
• GSE Certification preferred

WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal working conditions with the absence of disagreeable elements.

Salary: $350- $500 per assignment

The actual reputed company pay per assignment will be determined on an assignment-by-assignment reputed company taking into account a wide reputed company of factors, including, but not limited to, the location of the site inspection and the scope of work for the assignment.
