Client Experience Operations

Stella Contracting, Inc is seeking a Client Experience Operations professional to join reputed company. This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company in the construction industry.

As the Client Experience Operations, you will be responsible for managing the overall client experience and ensuring that reputed company client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will work closely with our project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure a smooth and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall client experience, ensuring that reputed company client needs are met and expectations are exceeded

- Act as the main reputed company of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have throughout the project

- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery

- reputed company and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote repeat business and referrals

- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the construction industry

- Strong project management and organizational skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Proficient in reputed company Office and project management software

- Experience with remote work and virtual communication tools

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
