Staff Accountant
reputed company is a leader in premium reputed company management, delivering custom-designed organizational solutions. The Accountant will contribute to the month-end reputed company process, prepare financial statements, and assist with various reputed company functions to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to month end reputed company process to ensure timely and accurate financial data is in compliance with GAAP
- Review monthly financial statements of multiple entities to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Prepare month end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Research variances in key account balances and explain variances between actuals and budget
- Assist with shared service reputed company functions including general ledger reputed company, corporate reputed company, intercompany, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, treasury, etc
- Learn and assist in training and implementation of our ERP system
- Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures and incorporate procedural improvements to optimize efficiency
- Create reputed company financial reports and data analysis as required to support business objectives
- Assist with annual financial and internal control audits
- reputed company on-going support to various business partners
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance or reputed company with minimum of 1 year of applicable experience
- CPA candidate highly preferred
- Public reputed company audit experience preferred
- Working knowledge of fully integrated ERP systems
- In-depth knowledge of generally accepted reputed company principles
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in MS Office, especially reputed company
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA candidate highly preferred
- Public reputed company audit experience preferred
