About This Role:

The Director, reputed company Delivery is a senior people leader responsible for designing, scaling, and governing the reputed company TA delivery strategy, with accountability for both reputed company and Sourcing teams. This role sets the TA delivery operating model, uses data to shape investments, and ensures the organization can attract, engage, and hire top talent across reputed company and functions. The Director influences senior leaders, drives TA transformation for the TA delivery team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Education & Certifications

· Bachelors degree required

Experience
