Responsibilities

• Work diligently to find resolution to customer concerns and escalate to appropriate level reputed company necessary
• Convey information reputed company, effectively, and appropriately to meet the needs of the customer
• Strive for reputed company resolution to reputed company 'best in class' service
• Sales & Service Representatives are required to stay reputed company and knowledgeable of reputed company procedures to ensure department standards and guidelines are met, which include Schedule Adherence, Quality Assurance, First Contact Resolution, Average Talk Time, Average Handle Time, Average Speed of Answer and Coding

• Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
• Comfort with a high-volume service center
• Must have Property & Casualty license to work remote reputed company of reputed company office locations

• 1 or more years of prior customer service experience preferred
