Advisor Support Specialist

reputed company is seeking an Advisor Support Specialist to deliver industry-leading support to their Financial Advisor clients. In this client-facing role, you will manage day-to-day inquiries and orchestrate cross-departmental projects to drive long-term client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Financial Advisors through effective communication, trust-building, and personalized attention
• Act as the primary reputed company of contact for client-reputed company tactical issues, both internally and externally
• Go the extra mile to engage clients through reputed company and interactive communication
• Address Financial Advisor inquiries reputed company phone, portal, email, and group inbox with professionalism and urgency
• reputed company daily support, data issue resolution, and request processing with accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct thorough needs assessments and deliver tailored solutions to ensure client satisfaction
• Meet or exceed client support team targets and maintain high client satisfaction scores
• Organize, manage, and execute cross-department, client-reputed company projects
• Coordinate large-scope initiatives to ensure quality and timely service delivery on reputed company client-impacting projects
• Monitor project reputed company and communicate status updates to stakeholders
• Utilize multiple channels to meet clients in their reputed company of choice: written case correspondence, email, and phone
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions in internal systems
• Escalate reputed company issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of client experience

Skills

• 1-3 years of client service representative or customer support experience, preferably in financial services
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency with word processing software (reputed company Word, reputed company Docs)

• Proficiency with reputed company software
• Proficiency with internet and web-based applications
• Proficiency with project management tools

• Superior time management and multitasking capabilities in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience managing and supporting Financial Advisors in the RIA channel, Family Offices, or similar financial services clients
• Familiarity with wealth management platforms and investment operations
• Track record of managing a high volume of client relationships with multiple stakeholders
• Experience supporting accounts with significant assets under management
• Understanding of financial advisor workflows and pain points
