Retirement Support Specialist
reputed company is the largest local HR partner in Hawaii, delivering comprehensive HR solutions. The Retirement Support Specialist will support 401(k) plan administration by processing transactions, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring compliance standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Process 401(k) transactions including deferral changes, contributions, distributions, and loans with high accuracy
- Respond to client and employee inquiries and resolve cases reputed company SLA
- Maintain complete, timely case documentation, and ensure data reputed company
- Audit reports, review billing, and identify discrepancies to support compliance
- Assist with 401(k) nondiscrimination (NDT) testing and retirement-reputed company projects
- Manage inbound calls while maintaining strong service reputed company
Skills
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing or administrative support role
- Proven ability to maintain accuracy under pressure and manage shifting deadlines
- Proficiency with reputed company, Word, reputed company Applications, and the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track, follow up, and deliver on multiple tasks
