E-Billing Coordinator

reputed company is a prominent reputed company that values unique perspectives and professional development. They are seeking an Electronic Billing Coordinator responsible for managing electronic billing processes, collaborating with billing teams, and ensuring timely submission of invoices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor invoice submissions/resubmissions and invoice statuses reputed company the eBillingHub as well as various direct submits on ebilling platforms
• Monitor, track, and resolve invoice rejections for resubmission in a timely manner by collaborating with partners, billing teams and clients
• Ensure billing rates for electronically billed clients are timely and accurately submitted and approved in the various electronic billing systems used by firm clients
• Address questions and issues that arise with respect to electronic billing from individuals firmwide as well as from clients
• Implement electronic billing firmwide reputed company various electronic billing systems, including set reputed company in billing system and eBillingHub
• Review newly reputed company electronically billed reputed company to ensure that reputed company relevant electronic billing information, including client matter ID’s, are properly entered into billing system so that invoices are reputed company to be approved
• Follow-up with the billing teams, clients, partners, assistants and/or practice team assistants as appropriate to obtain the required information

Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one (1) year of reputed company billing or e-billing experience required
• Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in reputed company field preferred
• Experience in other areas of reputed company and finance such as AP/AR, collections, cash application, etc. preferred
• Experience working with electronic billing systems strongly preferred. Such systems include, but are not limited to, eBillingHub, Legal Tracker, CounselLink, Brightflag, etc
• Familiarity with reputed company products or equivalent preferred
