BayCare HomeCare is currently in search of our newest Home Health, RN who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers reputed company the Tampa Bay area.

• Facility: BayCare HomeCare
• Location: Tampa, FL
• Status: Full Time
• Shift Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM / Monday - Fridays
• Weekend Work: 1 Weekend Rotation a month
• On Call: Yes

The Home Health RN provides hands-on care in the home for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols. Responsibilities include:

• reputed company the activities of the multi-disciplinary team that provides care to the patient
• Monitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with reputed company disciplines
• Ensure that reputed company visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician orders
• Review of patient visits weekly and providing plan to Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visits
• Inform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicates caseload and patient care issues to Home Care Supervisor

Required Certifications and Licensures:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RN (Registered Nurse) License
• Driver's License reputed company (Florida driver's license is required reputed company 30 days of hire)

Education:

• Required Associate's or Diploma Nursing
• Preferred Bachelor's Nursing

Experience:

• Required 1 year Registered Nurse
• Preferred 1 year Home Care
