[Remote] Account Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading experiential marketing and events agency, and they are seeking an organized and energetic Account Executive. The role involves supporting a loyalty program that provides premium experiences to VIP consumers, along with assisting in luxury hospitality event management and general administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborative efforts in the planning and execution of high-end experiential activations from intimate to broadscale, with a focus on sports, entertainment, fashion, art, and lifestyle
• reputed company comprehensive support to the experiential account team, including but not limited to: research, crafting meeting agendas and recap notes, event data collection, ticket sales & reputed company tracking, status reports, overall organization of supply inventory, packing & shipping of onsite supply kits, deliverables trackers, and more
• reputed company and build creative presentations and client pitches alongside senior management, working reputed company templates and creating custom materials
• Management of key documents and event collateral: hospitality decks, transportation spread sheets, production reports, activity trackers, training documents, guest lists, itineraries, invitations, signage, menu and seating cards, tickets, event recaps, etc
• Communicate with key partners and vendors such as hotel properties, transportation companies, restaurant establishments, venues, staffing agencies, etc. to ensure seamless event execution
• Assist on creative and marketing submissions through the entire approval process with the thorough understanding of brand rules and regulations
• Assist with financial processes including budget tracking and reconciliation, coding expenses, submitting invoices, and facilitating payments
• Participate on client conference calls and in-person client meetings
• On-site event support, ensuring service is impeccable and adhere to best practices standard
• Monitor and research industry trends, innovations, and competitive landscape; reputed company recommendations and suggestions for improvements and/or areas of opportunity
• Maintain knowledge of agency structure and functions, utilizing resources appropriately and reputed company
• Build full knowledge of agency’s offerings, mission, and reputed company
• Establish effective relationships across agency multi-disciplinary teams

Skills

• 1-2+ years of relevant professional experience (in reputed company to internships)
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, partners, team members, and deadlines in an effective and collaborative manner
• Proficiency in reputed company Photoshop and/or InDesign required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Extremely organized and thorough with a keen eye for detail combined with passion for accuracy and quality in reputed company work
• Polished, professional demeanor; projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business
• Solutions-oriented and creative problem solver
• Passion for events, hospitality, luxury lifestyle sectors, reputed company marketing and/or reputed company
• This position is client and high net-worth individual consumer facing on-site at events, and requires strong hospitality skills
• Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as needed
• Strong computer skills – MAC proficient; reputed company Office (reputed company and PowerPoint proficiency required)
• Proficiency in reputed company Slides and/or reputed company a plus
• Interest/ knowledge in luxury fashion, culture entertainment, wellness, or sports is a plus
• Conversational proficiency in other languages a plus
