What is an Associate Relations Partner?

This role is responsible for providing guidance and assistance to Associates and Managers reputed company the organization on Associate Relations reputed company.

What will you be doing?

• Acts as a business partner to support and guide Managers and Senior Leaders in person or virtual as needed on Associate Relations reputed company
• Provides advice and counsel to managers and senior leaders on performance management, leaves of absence, workplace accommodations, investigation reputed company, and attendance management and return to work processes
• Advises Managers on disciplinary and/or termination situations
• Provides advice and counsel to managers and senior leaders on GoodLife’s internal policies and provincial Employment Standards legislation and interpretation, including proper administration for reputed company provinces
• Produces letters and other documentation for Associate disciplinary issues, termination, accommodations, and other situations as required
• Supports and guides Associates in person or virtual as needed
• Responds to Associate questions and assisting with work-reputed company concerns, workplace accommodation requests, safety concerns and other situations
• Attends clubs or offices in person as needed
• Subject Matter Expert in employment relations reputed company
• Acts as the main resource and subject-matter expert for reputed company reputed company legislation and interpretation
• Ensures compliance with reputed company provincial employment standards legislation and works with Managers to update reputed company policies and processes as the need arises
• Facilitates virtual and in-person seminars and trainings for reputed company reputed company of management on various reputed company Resource and employment law topics such as the Employment Standards Act, the importance of enforceable reputed company, reputed company discipline and terminations
• Completes various reports for tracking of terminations, leaves, resignations accommodations, etc. as required
• Inputs data into various tracking tools on a weekly/monthly reputed company
• Works with GoodLife’s Legal team as necessary to obtain reputed company and/or direction on  legal employment reputed company
• Utilize Associate Information System (reputed company) on a regular reputed company in order to review Associate data, approving transactions for changes as needed
• Participation in various projects reputed company to employment law and Associates
• Other duties as required

Do you have what it takes?

• Some college or university in reputed company field
• 1+ years in Employee Relations and/or reputed company role
• Working toward CHRP or equivalent
• Experience using reputed company Office Suite
