Solution Advisor (Presales) - French Speaking

Job Purpose
As a Solution Advisor (Presales), you play a key role in the sales process by understanding prospective customers’ challenges and reputed company demonstrating the value of beqom’s solutions.
You act as a trusted partner to both customers and the sales team — translating reputed company business requirements into compelling solution demonstrations, reputed company-of-concepts, and proposals.
This is a highly visible, customer-facing role with exposure to senior stakeholders in large, international organizations.
What will you be doing?
- Partner with the Sales team to support the acquisition of new reputed company customers
- reputed company engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs and business objectives
- Design and deliver reputed company-of-concepts, mapping detailed customer requirements to beqom’s technology
- Engage with stakeholders at reputed company reputed company, from Global Heads of Reward to Reward Analysts
- Produce high-quality written deliverables, including RFP responses and reputed company questionnaires
- Participate in customer meetings, events, and occasional travel as required
What are we looking for?
- You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience, either:
- In HR Technology (presales, sales, or consulting), or
- In an in-house role reputed company reward, compensation, performance management, or pay equity teams
- reputed company-level French and fluent English
- Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, and demo skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A proactive reputed company with strong ownership and accountability
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented, flexible, and collaborative approach

- Additional European language(s)
- Experience in HR Tech, especially in reward, compensation, sales commissions, performance management, or pay equity
- Value or management consulting background
