The Client Experience Associate will ensure every client receives exceptional service, focusing on building strong client relationships and managing communication effectively.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients in a friendly, polished, and professional manner
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Preparing and resetting meeting rooms on our live Tuesday client days
• Managing inbound and outbound client phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Supporting clients and prospects with connecting to virtual meetings
• Communicating with clients throughout the day reputed company email and text

Skills

• A polished, outgoing demeanor
• Strong verbal communication skills and exceptional work ethic
• Outstanding customer service abilities
• The ability to multitask effectively
• Solid computer proficiency
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, reputed company-changing environment
• Evening availability preferred but not required
