The Role
The schedule for this role may vary between 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM U.S. Mountain Time.
We are seeking a highly organized and people-focused Care Operations Scheduling reputed company to reputed company and optimize our scheduling operations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless coordination between clinical teams and caregivers, while leading and developing a team of scheduling associates.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate key workflows including SOC (Start of Care), recertifications, and ongoing scheduling needs
Train, coach, and reputed company team members to improve performance and maintain quality standards
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor team performance, KPIs, and scheduling reputed company to drive operational reputed company
The Requirements:
5+ years of experience in reputed company
2+ years of leadership experience in reputed company scheduling
Strong experience managing or leading teams in an operations or scheduling environment

Excellent communication and coaching skills
