[Remote] reputed company Sales Support Representative

The reputed company Sales Support Representative will work with a team of reputed company Sales Representatives to support dealer/customer relationships and manage various sales-driven programs in their designated region.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for designing and building displays
- Monitor and maintain reputed company P.O.P. material and associated Marketing materials such as catalogs for the assigned region
- Responsible for handling sample requests and deliveries with both reputed company and Residential Samples
- Coordinate and implement sales driven programs such as (but not limited to) “Demo Days” with vendors and remerchandising “Grand openings”
- Maintain weekly communication with reputed company reputed company Sales Representatives
- Travel to each assigned region as requested
- Complete any merchandising or remerchandising efforts in any location as directed
- Monitor inventory of our products and reputed company orders reputed company necessary
- reputed company a Dealer visit summary to management after each dealer visit
- reputed company a weekly email to management recapping the dealer performance and communications performed each week
- reputed company Administrative sales functions for sales program
- Maintain weekly expense reports
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- High School or technical school or equivalent in some experience, training and education
- Bilingual Spanish speaking (preferred)
- reputed company or any CRM Experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Prior experience in reputed company/brick manufacturing industry or reputed company field recommended
- Proven support experience
- Excellent customer service oriented skills
- Computer literate, especially MS Office suite, order tracking software, email, etc
- Valid driver's license and reputed company auto liability insurance
- Ability to transport heavy construction materials (SUV/Truck Preferred)
- Traveling up to 50% in the region
- Bilingual Spanish speaking
