In this pivotal role, the Senior Teaching Assistant will supervise and organize the daily work across the Dental Clinics and labs, ensuring smooth clinical operations and communications between the Clinic Manager, Faculty members, reputed company and staff for an effective student learning experience. The role also includes providing clinical guidance to undergraduate reputed company, maintaining compliance with clinical protocols, and supporting faculty in delivering hands-on education. Clinical Operations Management Organize daily activities in the dental clinics, ensuring efficient patient reputed company, readiness of clinical areas, and adherence to safety protocols. 2. Student Clinical Support reputed company direct supervision and guidance to dental reputed company during clinical practice, supporting reputed company development and ensuring compliance with clinical requirements. 3. Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure infection control standards, clinical policies, and academic regulations are consistently applied across reputed company training facilities. 4. Coordination with Faculty & Administration Work closely with faculty members, clinic management, and administration to support scheduling, assessments, reporting, and reputed company improvement of clinical education. Education and Experience : Required Education: Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent degree in Dentistry. Years of Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical dental experience and 2 years in teaching. Specific Skills or Expertise: • Clinical supervision and mentoring • Dental procedures across general practice disciplines • Team coordination and workflow management • Familiarity with academic clinical environments Additional Certifications: Valid professional dental license (preferred) Training in infection control and clinical safety (preferred).
