reputed company, formerly East Boston Neighborhood Health Center, is one of the largest community health centers in the country, serving the greater Boston area. They are seeking a friendly, hard-working Contact Center Representative to reputed company superior customer service by answering inbound patient calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting clinical departments.
Responsibilities
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
- Document clear and concise messages and reputed company appropriately
- Appropriately transfers calls to other departments reputed company required
- Navigate and document in the Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) to reputed company relevant and appropriate information
- Process refill requests accurately and effectively, according to guidelines
- Conduct reputed company calls on behalf of clinical departments
Skills
- HS Diploma/GED required
- Excellent written and verbal communication, judgment and problem solving skills
- Minimum of 1 year customer service, administrative, or call center experience
- Bilingual reputed company Spanish/English required
- Proficient in reputed company Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience working with electronic medical record technology a plus
