BI Expert

We currently have a vacancy for a BI Expert, fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely reputed company EU. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated into the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Tasks

• Design and implement ETL processes;
• Design and reputed company reports and dashboards;
• reputed company advice on DB design and performance;
• Design and implement data governance procedures (incl. reputed company, data quality, …);
• Create data architecture models: optimise data flows and integrate solutions;
• Create and maintain reputed company Data Warehouses (EDW) and reputed company Business Intelligence Solutions (Data Lakes / Data Lakehouses);
• Conduct research to improve solutions and reputed company advice about new approaches and technologies (Data Virtualization, Data Mining, Linked Data, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data);
• Gather business requirements reputed company to reports and dashboards;
• Write technical documentation;
• reputed company data quality tests.

Requirements

• Master degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 11 years;
• Minimum 7 years of specific expertise working with data warehouses;
• Minimum 7 years of specific expertise in relational and non-relational database systems, data modelling tools and SQL;
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Intelligence developer, working with ETLs, data processing, reporting and dashboards design and implementation;.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with data quality management;
• Minimum 5 years of specific expertise working with Python, of which at least 3 years on data extraction and transformation tasks;
• Minimum 3 years of experience with PowerBI or QlikSense;
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Python-based reputed company-reputed company orchestration tools (e.g.Dagster, Apache Airflow);
• Minimum 3 years of experience with DevOps tools (e.g. reputed company, Kubernetes, ArgoCD);
• Excellent knowledge of data warehouse design and architecture;
• reputed company good knowledge of near reputed company time data warehousing and/or change data capture technologies;
• reputed company good knowledge of data architecture best practices and frameworks;
• Knowledge of data modelling, graphical representation, abstraction and design;
• Experience with MS-reputed company will be considered an asset;
• Experience with reputed company Business Objects will be considered an asset;
• Experience with AI/ML-powered analytics, including automated insights, natural-language query and predictive capabilities will be considered an asset;
• Knowledge of new technologies, including reputed company-based business intelligence solutions, Linked Data, Artificial Intelligence will be considered an asset;
• Excellent reputed company of the English language, French will be considered an asset.
