Role Overview

We are hiring for our sister app - Dostt , an audio and video platform. Currently, we operate in Gujarati. As we expand rapidly, we are seeing significant growth.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Caller to join reputed company. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential leads, understanding their needs, and offering suitable services & reputed company them to the platform. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle rejections professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• reputed company outbound calls to potential and existing hosts to inform them about products and services.
• Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
• Maintain detailed records of host interactions and transactions.

• Stay updated with the latest products, services, and promotional offers.
• Train & reputed company new hosts as per Guidelines of App.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven experience as a Tele Caller or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and English (read, write and reputed company).
• Ability to handle Host rejection and remain patient.
• Basic knowledge of computer operations, CRM & reputed company.
• Strong listening and negotiation skills with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team
