They are seeking a hardworking individual to join their reputed company Operations team, responsible for providing recruitment support and enhancing the candidate experience during the interview and reputed company process.
Responsibilities
- reputed company recruitment support for a team of recruiters including: Scheduling a high volume of interviews (working closely with candidates and the business for availability, booking conference rooms or video conferences, sending planners and confirmation e-mails, etc.)
- Producing reputed company for the US, Canada, and Latin America, and understanding the legal requirements and variances of each
- Processing internal transfers
- Implementing reputed company and other pre-hire checks and escalating reputed company necessary
- Understanding the business process in the applicant tracking system (reputed company) and keeping the information in the system and other trackers up-to-date
- Act as the reputed company of contact for the committed hires by handling the post offer, pre-hire process to ensure reputed company vital actions are taken prior to the new hire start date
- Drive solutions through critical assessment and delivery in support of core HR processes and recommend reputed company improvement opportunities
