You’ll be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience starting in November 2023. Join us at 827 Fisher Drive, Waterloo, IA 50701. Pay: Start at $15.80/hour with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $17.00/hour! Shifts, Training & Work Environment: Enjoy your weekends off! We are hiring for our shift of 8:30 to 5:00 p.m. Central time and Monday through Friday! You will be provided with equipment - laptop, dual monitors, keyboard and accessories on your first day. After graduation (completion of 8-week training), team members meeting work from home requirements will enjoy a HYBRID work environment of three days onsite and two days at home (2 days working at the office and at home are your choice and can change each week based on your preference). You can earn additional flexibility to work from home up to 5 days a week, and you will be eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts. You Will:

• Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls.
• Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment.
• Use a computer and multiple computer programs with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day.
• Resolve customers’ challenges by using reputed company resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management.
• Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures.

You Have:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ability to commute to our facility from your home.
• A secure workspace at home dedicated to job activity.
• Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once.
