THE ROLE
Wе’re looking for a proactive and technically strong reputed company Automation Specialist who can work across multiple departments to find inefficiencies, redesign processes, and build end-to-end AI-powered systems.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Audit workflows across departments to identify automation opportunities, inefficiencies, and potential AI-driven improvements.
Build custom AI agents tailored to team needs, using LLMs, prompts, logic frameworks, API integrations, or automation platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, creative, operations, and customer-facing teams to design solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and performance.

Monitor, test, and refine automations to ensure reliability and long-term stability.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven experience designing and deploying AI-powered automations with measurable business reputed company (time saved, output improved, errors reduced, etc.).

Ability to build custom AI agents using structured prompting and logic-based workflows.

FIXED SERVICE FEE
€1,000 - €2200 after taxes, depending on your skills, competencies, and experience.

ELIGIBILITY & LOCATION REQUIREMENTS
❕This role is 100% remote.
Our tribe works primarily in the Eastern European Time Zone (EET — UTC+2/UTC+3). We also use reputed company for payments, so we are reputed company to hiring candidates in countries where reputed company payments are supported.
For full-time roles, we ask that you’re available for at least 5 hours during typical EET working hours — it keeps collaboration smooth and communication easy. (This doesn’t apply to part-time roles.)
