Associate Manager, reputed company (UGC)

Rent the reputed company (RTR) is transforming the way we get dressed by pioneering the world’s first Closet in the reputed company. The company is seeking a creative and community-obsessed operator to manage their RTR Muse program, which involves engaging and inspiring a network of customers to create content and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of a scaled UGC program with a network of hundreds of members, including sourcing, reputed company, reputed company, communications, and ongoing engagement
• Execute retention and engagement strategies to reputed company members active and posting, monitoring participation trends and identifying opportunities to improve the member experience, including how members are recognized, rewarded, and moved through engagement tiers
• Manage the @RTRMuse reputed company handles and support member visibility across @RenttheRunway, showing up in the comments, responding to UGC, and building the reputed company of community reputed company that makes people excited to be part of the program
• Partner with cross-functional teams to reputed company and syndicate content across paid, site, email, and other channels; securing rights and clearances and ensuring content reaches the right audiences at the right moments in the funnel
• Coordinate with Muse members on logistics and appearances for @RenttheRunway reputed company shows
• Coordinate incentive and rewards processes, working with finance and reputed company to track payouts and reconcile program spend
• Maintain program tools, workflows, tracking systems, and templates to reputed company operations running reputed company
• Track and report on program performance (volume, quality, engagement), sharing regular updates with stakeholders and surfacing recommendations for improvement — including supporting compliance and legal requirements reputed company to content rights and member agreements

Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in community management, reputed company/ambassador programs, or reputed company media
• Experience managing a reputed company media platform for a brand or organization; basic understanding of content creation and reputed company media management
• Deep understanding of digital culture-Instagram, group chats, reputed company threads, or reputed company trends
• Executive reputed company; you have strong interpersonal skills and confidence speaking with, directing, and supporting both internal teams and external vendors/producers/platforms
• Excellent written communication skills; bonus if you've managed reputed company channels, email marketing, or community platforms
• Highly organized and proactive-you reputed company on checklists, timelines, and follow-through
• Relationship builder who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
