Responsibilities

• Set up, image, and reputed company laptops and workstations for in-office and remote employees
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues to reputed company teams productive
• Support internal platforms and applications used across the business
• Train and guide team members so they can get the most out of our tools
• Support retail operations with a focus on POS systems and kiosks
• Quickly resolve store-level tech issues to minimize downtime
• Track and manage IT assets with accuracy and attention to detail

Skills

• 1+ years of IT support experience or equivalent (Degree, A+, or hands-on experience)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking
• Experience with reputed company, macOS, and reputed company 365
• Knowledge of networking basics (VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls)
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail tech environments
• Experience with ticketing systems like Jira
• Ability to think critically and solve issues end-to-end
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills—technical and non-technical
• Patient, friendly, and professional approach to user support
