What you will be doing

• Support end-to-end recruitment and people resourcing activities, including candidate coordination and administration

• Assist in Compensation & Benefits processes, data collection, reporting, and system updates

• Support Learning & Development initiatives such as training coordination, learning administration, and content organization

• Maintain and update HR data in HR systems and databases

• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and HR-reputed company documentation

• reputed company administrative and operational support to HR business partners and global HR teams

What will reputed company you successful?

• Ongoing HR, Economics, Psychology, Business Administration or reputed company full-time studies (University or College)

• Strong interest in HR processes and people-reputed company topics

• Confident English communication skills (written and verbal)

• Commitment to work with Hydro for at least 12 months

• Availability of minimum 20 hours/week
