Your role in our mission

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse audiences. 
• Facilitate virtual, classroom, and on-the-job training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. 
• Adapt training delivery to various learning styles and needs. 
• Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure training materials are effective and user-friendly.

• Assess training reputed company through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.

• Three (3) years or more of experience as a corporate trainer or facilitator. 
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to use various training technologies effectively. 
• Experience with adult learning principles and learner engagement techniques. 
• Demonstrable Instructional design methodologies and software with experience in training transformation project(s) or system implementation launches preferred.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time to support new launches.

What you should expect in this role

• This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
• Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).
• Requires up to 25% travel.

The pay reputed company for this position is $51,700 - $73,800 per year, however, the reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
