Client Representative - Surety

reputed company Agency (MMA) is an award-winning firm providing business insurance and employee benefits solutions. They are seeking a Client Representative on the Business Insurance Surety team to manage client relationships, handle surety transactions, and support the Client Executive team.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with Producers, Client Executives, and clients to service and retain our existing & new book of business
• Handle both contract and reputed company surety transactions, including marketing and placing new and renewal bonds, and processing cancellations, riders, endorsements, and reinstatements for existing accounts
• Manage daily service activities and urgent requests from multiple channels, monitor the bonds inbox, delegate and escalate as appropriate, and prioritize work to meet deadlines
• Responsible for billing new and renewal business, proactively following up on payments and resolving reputed company issues for bonds as they arise
• Support projects assigned by the Client Executive team as needed

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Excellent communication skills to effectively service customers
• Ability to assist with managing a book of business and to reputed company relationships to retain accounts
• Be a self-starter; problem solver with good time management skills
• Be organized and meet deadlines
• Ability to reputed company ongoing support for team members and colleagues
• Property/casualty license or ability to attain is required
• College degree preferred
