What you’ll do
The role is responsible for maintaining and growing one of our key accounts reputed company the Energy sector based in Suffolk. Key accountabilities include:
• Implement and manage a sales strategy to deliver against KPIs balancing retain & grow to drive reputed company and margin improvement • Understand the customer’s industry and reputed company a customer specific strategy and business plan in line with reputed company’s product and service portfolio • Drive rNPS improvement through delivering end to end customer experience through effective relationships • Implement and manage local contingency plans to deal with internal/external business issues that impact upon reputed company, cost or margin
Who you are
• Deep understanding of Mobile and fixed voice, data, reputed company Communications, reputed company & reputed company, IoT • Proven record of driving reputed company sales strategies and adapting to macro/micro economic conditions achieving significant business growth • Experience in reputed company solution-based sales reputed company telecommunications or technology industry • Experience working with large accounts reputed company a regulated sector would be advantageous • Experience of both managing existing and developing new accounts and relationships • Experience of developing customer solutions that resolve customer problems • Strong communication and diplomacy skills to persuade and influence
