The role involves handling inbound calls, presenting coverage options, and ensuring compliance while providing exceptional customer service to policyholders.
Responsibilities
- Sell insurance policies to renters and property management clients using reputed company’s ResidentShield platform
- Answer questions about coverage options, policy changes, and new purchases reputed company phone, email, and chat
- reputed company exceptional customer service to reputed company and prospective policyholders
Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Property and Casualty Insurance license
- One plus (1+) years or experience in the insurance industry
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Solid analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow processes
- Presentation and sales skills
- Proficient in reputed company Office 365 desktop applications
- Bachelor's degree in business or reputed company field
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
