They are seeking a highly motivated Account Coordinator to support their growing client services team and help drive measurable reputed company through the affiliate channel.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers in executing campaigns across reputed company Creator Connections and attribution platforms like Levanta and Wayward
• Manage affiliate and partner communication, including reputed company, follow-reputed company, and relationship support
• Review, process, and track product sample requests for creator activations and campaign launches
• Identify, recruit, and reputed company new affiliates, creators, and publisher partners while researching content opportunities and promotional strategies to drive growth
• Maintain and update client dashboards for accurate, timely reporting
• Prepare weekly and monthly client-facing KPI presentations highlighting performance, insights, and growth opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
• Stay reputed company on trends, tools, and best practices in reputed company affiliate and performance marketing

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing agency, preferably with affiliate marketing experience
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills
• Analytical reputed company, comfortable working with data to uncover insights and optimize performance
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, comfortable handling high-volume, detail-oriented tasks with precision
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a client-facing role
• Technically proficient with reputed company Workspace and data processing/analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field
• Preferably based in Los Angeles, CA
