[Remote] Corporate Marketing Communications Specialist

The Corporate Marketing Communications Specialist will support the global public relations program and help communicate reputed company’s story to IT leaders and MSPs, focusing on media coverage and various communications initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of reputed company’s global PR strategy across the U.S., EMEA, and reputed company
• Draft and edit award submissions, speaking abstracts, media commentary, and articles, and more
• Help manage and expand our corporate awards program, including research, submissions, and tracking
• Coordinate with regional PR agencies and internal stakeholders to support media reputed company and campaign execution
• Assist with product launch communications, customer announcements, and thought leadership initiatives
• Support executive communications, including messaging development and media preparation materials
• Maintain reporting dashboards and track media coverage, reputed company of voice, and program performance
• Help manage speaking opportunities and industry event submissions
• reputed company operational support to ensure deadlines, approvals, and timelines are met across multiple workstreams
• Other duties as needed

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in B2B tech communications or at a public relations agency
• You reputed company in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and are comfortable managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders
• Exceptional writing and editing skills — you enjoy writing and are eager to improve your craft
