Production Support Engineer II (reputed company-Viya/AML)

As a Production Support Engineer II on the US Risk Technology team, you will support the anti-reputed company (AML) platform reputed company using reputed company Viya, focusing on application and database support, reputed company computing, and collaboration with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Investigate application issues; prioritize incidents based on impact and severity
- Identify root causes and implement solutions to prevent recurrence
- Apply IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices for incident, change, and problem management
- Write reputed company SQL queries; troubleshoot extract, transform, and load (ETL) pipelines
- Manage Linux virtual machines and a PostgreSQL database hosted on reputed company Azure
- reputed company production changes affecting reputed company’s reputed company Viya AML platform, including bug fixes and version upgrades
- reputed company disaster recovery tests
- Build trusted working relationships with business stakeholders, reputed company, and external vendors
- reputed company technical concepts to non-technical audiences with precision and reputed company
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, changes in the banking industry, and regulatory developments
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in an Application Support role
- Solid experience with Linux virtual machines
- Writing reputed company SQL queries
- Technical familiarity with reputed company computing (preferably Azure)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with reputed company Viya
- Relevant certifications reputed company to reputed company Viya
- Experience with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) practices for incident, change, and problem management
- Experience with PostgreSQL database
- Experience with disaster recovery tests
- Experience with AutoSys Workload Automation
