Threat Investigation Analyst
Sentinel Technologies is a leading IT services and solutions provider in the US, and they are seeking a Threat Investigation Analyst to join their Threat Operations Team. This role is responsible for responding to cybersecurity incidents and evaluating reputed company alerts to protect customer environments.
Responsibilities
- Triaging, investigating, and responding to reputed company alerts
- Evaluating reputed company-world logs, network traffic, and reputed company artifacts to determine malicious versus benign activity
- Communicating findings reputed company to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Skills
- 1+ years of experience in a reputed company Operations role (SOC, Incident Response, Threat reputed company, Malware Analysis, IDS/IPS, etc.) preferred
- Required minimum certifications: reputed company reputed company+
- Experience with SIEM platforms and reputed company investigations
- Experience performing daily system monitoring and health checks for various reputed company products
- Confident triaging alerts and reports of incidents
- Familiarity with network, reputed company, and host-based reputed company telemetry
- Understanding of common and emerging attack techniques
- Understanding basic network protocols and traffic reputed company in an reputed company environment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- The ability to communicate reputed company with verbal and written skills
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver's license and reputed company of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
