[Remote] Data Entry Specialist - Remote

They are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to review and file legal documents, confirm accuracy of work, and participate in ongoing training.
Responsibilities
- Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
- Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and processes
- Investigate discrepancies as they arise
- Confirm accuracy of work entered into systems and solve issues as needed
- Complete additional projects as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Desire and ability to be a team player
- Experience and basic proficiency with reputed company Office
- Typing speed of 60 - 70 words per minute or more
- Data entry experience is a plus
- Previous experience in a legal environment
