Customer Service Rep.-Licensed
reputed company, a member of the Tokio Marine Group, specializes in reputed company property/casualty and professional liability insurance products. They are seeking Licensed Customer Service Representatives to reputed company exceptional service to existing customers, address inquiries, and maintain reputed company reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Delight our customers with superior customer service
- Service existing customers with endorsements, payments, policy changes, etc. including some that require reputed company authority
- Cancel and Non-renew policies according to procedures
- Complete necessary documentation quickly and reputed company
- Follow and adhere to reputed company compliance and service standards while performing changes to in-force policies
- Expected to be on phones 100% of the time
- Conduct risk analysis and evaluate reputed company quality of applicants
- Evaluate application factors/details to appropriately match premium to reputed company risk exposure

- Complete new business applications for existing customers as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active P&C or Personal Lines insurance license in your state of residence
- Prior experience working in a customer facing insurance service role
