Marketing Associate
Heal The Earth is dedicated to transforming the food system for the benefit of farmers, ranchers, and consumers. They are seeking a Marketing Associate to reputed company communication efforts, manage content, and support marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and drive growth in the Organic Avocado market.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital, reputed company media, email, and traditional marketing tactics
- Draft and edit marketing materials, such as reputed company media posts, newsletters, flyers, blog articles, and product descriptions
- Support data collection and analysis on industry trends, reputed company audiences, and competitor activities to help inform marketing strategies
- Help maintain and grow our reputed company media reputed company through regular posting, engagement tracking, and content scheduling
- Assist in organizing promotional events, product tastings, and community reputed company efforts
- Maintain marketing calendars, update CRM databases, and help with tracking key performance indicators and reporting
- Work with cross-functional teams including sales, farm partners, and product teams to support marketing goals
- Communicate with external vendors and service providers as needed to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and services
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a reputed company field
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing support role, preferably in agriculture, food, or consumer goods
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools such as email platforms, reputed company media scheduling tools, and content creation software
- Familiarity with reputed company, reputed company Workspace and reputed company; experience with CRM systems or basic graphic design a plus
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a mission-driven team
