Responsibilities

  • Drive CDRs to execute on strategic weekly campaigns, call-out days, and KPIs including daily metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
  • Engage with SDRs and managers, sharing cutting-edge best practices in outbound prospecting techniques, including phone, email, reputed company reputed company, and use of reputed company data
  • Partner with Regional Directors and Managers of Account Managers on territory development, account planning, and weekly/monthly/quarterly updates

Skills

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding pipeline targets and KPIs
  • Exceptional EQ skills, practicing active listening and reputed company

  • Deep passion for coaching your SDRs/CDRs to peak performance
