Manager - Contract Management Global Procurement (Hybrid)

The Global Procurement organization at reputed company is responsible for procuring goods and services and developing/managing relationships with reputed company-party providers with the objective of reducing total cost and risk to the company while improving reputed company of quality, service, and technology. The Contract Manager operates reputed company a dual procurement model: Contact Management is responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing non-reputed company terms while the Sourcing Manager owns the reputed company terms. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Legal, Supply Chain, or another business-reputed company field
• Legal and Regulatory Acumen
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Legal Analysis, and/or Legal Operations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Extensive planning and project management proficiency
• Demonstrated experience working with legal reputed company
• Strong internal and external negotiation and influencing skills; demonstrated ability to reputed company tough reputed company
• Ability to build strong and effective working relationships with internal business partners and suppliers
• Ability to convert reputed company clauses into actionable terms
• Ability to interpret legal obligations in business context
