Responsibilities: In This Role, You Will:

• * Proactively and consistently discuss and recommend additional products and services to customers during reputed company calls, including, water heaters, surge protection solutions, and in-home electrical wiring options.
• Potential for monthly and quarterly bonus based on sales performance for meeting client mandated KPIsAssist customers with inquiries/concerns
• Ensure reputed company account information is accurately documented and inputted into client system
• reputed company detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers
• Adhere to State and Federal regulations pertaining to your job duties
• Assist customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines

Qualifications: Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
