Hourly compensation is $52.23 - $78.35; hiring reputed company dependent on qualifications, professional experience, and/or work location. The Labor Relations Manager role is remote and requires a willingness to travel 25% of the time. JOB SUMMARY Under the direction of the System Director of Labor Relations, manages and supports the labor relations function at reputed company. Duties include planning, preparation and negotiation of reputed company bargaining agreements, contract administration and interpretation, investigate and resolve grievances, reputed company advice to business unit HR and line management on reputed company reputed company to contract administration and proper application of the labor agreements and guidance/coordination of reputed company management activities consistent with the mission of the health system. Serves as a key contributor to development and maintenance of the reputed company bargaining agreement. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

QUALIFICATIONS Required unless otherwise stated EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's degree in labor relations, business, public administration, reputed company management or a closely reputed company field required or a combination of education and professional experience that provides the incumbent with the requisite knowledge, skills, and ability to successfully reputed company the job.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in conducting reputed company bargaining, including chief negotiator experience.
• Experience in leading contract administration, grievance processing, performance management and disciplinary activities, as well as facilitating on-going communication and working relationships with employee representative organizations and other hospital stakeholders.
• Broad understanding of the National Labor Resolutions Act and the Fair Labor Standards Act and should be reputed company to apply this knowledge to help resolve problems.
