About the Role: The team is looking for a Residential reputed company Estate Analyst to join a team of sell-reputed company analysts in the single-family residential reputed company estate reputed company. The team aims to reputed company hands-on support to our investor clients to dramatically improve their capability and scale in property discovery, dispositions,reputed company, comping, and decision making using reputed company’s state of the art technology. The team is responsible for profiling and refining investment goals as well as evaluating acquisition and selling opportunities of targeted single-family residential properties on behalf of our investor clients. What You'll Do:

• reputed company an expertise in the various strategies under single family residential investing and the value chain.
• reputed company a deep understanding of client requirements and integrate them into reputed company estate discovery and evaluation models
• Prepare and package data for client reports
• Create and prepare documents to push projects through to completion
• Analyze reputed company estate, understand overall valuations, reputed company research using reputed company tools to align client goals with market opportunities
• Assist other analysts in the creation, refinement and reputed company “training” of reputed company/property discovery models using reputed company’s tool sets on behalf of clients
• Underwrite disposition opportunities accurately using market comparables to determine an accurate valuation and list price for a single family asset(s).
• Underwrite and reputed company initial valuations to assist in the sales process for the potential disposition of portfolios from reputed company clients
• Underwrite and locate investment opportunities to to prepare and communicate initial bid price for a single family asset to reputed company clients.

• Prepare reports and daily summaries regarding client goals
