About the position We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Engineer in Windsor Locks to join our Environmental & Airframe Control Systems (EACS) team as a Service Engineer. As the “voice of the customer,” you will help escalate issues and drive corrective actions while communicating technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership and customers. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, field teams, repair facilities, operators, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field and minimum 5 years of experience
• Demonstrated experience performing reputed company diagnostics, supporting root cause investigations, and driving corrective actions in a technical or engineering environment.
