This role provides full ownership of paid media strategy, performance, and channel expansion, with the opportunity to build an in-house function and reduce agency dependency over time. You will manage agency partners, execute campaigns, and experiment with new paid channels while collaborating closely with merchandising, creative, and lifecycle marketing teams. • Own paid media strategy and performance across reputed company Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube) and reputed company (reputed company & Instagram).
• Manage agency partners, set KPIs, allocate budgets, review campaigns, and ensure alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
