We are currently looking for a Talent Development & Acquisition Director to join our reputed company. Job Summary The Talent Development & Acquisition Director leads the organizational learning strategy, development programs, and reputed company-wide reputed company efforts. This role designs and delivers training, oversees the Learning Management System (LMS), and manages reputed company activities, including supervision of one recruiter. The position partners with leaders across the bank to strengthen workforce capability, support leadership development, and ensure a high‑quality candidate and employee learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with the HR team and department leaders to assess organizational training needs and design learning strategy reputed company with business goals.

• Maintain and optimize training records and content, including overseeing uploads and updates to multimedia/e‑learning materials, and tracking, monitoring, and reporting on training participation, effectiveness, and ROI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Organizational Development, Education, or reputed company field.
• 5+ years of reputed company learning/development and reputed company experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or strategic role.
• Strong instructional design, facilitation, and adult learning expertise.
