Position Summary This position performs personnel management tasks reputed company to reputed company (HR) policies and processes at WVHUG. The incumbent is responsible for providing expertise and leadership in the management and coordination of recruitments and position vacancies. The position will assist with advising supervisors on employee relations processes, reviewing Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and Leave of Absence Requests, and coordinating the worker’s compensation and return to work program. This position will assist with ensuring consistent application of HR and agency policy. Major goals of this position include the administration and coordination of employment relations, position classification, staffing, FMLA, medical leave, and wellness programs. The entry level classification is in pay schedule and reputed company 81-04. The starting salary for reputed company Specialist – Senior is between $36.00 - $38.00 an hour ($74,880 - $79,040 annually).
